Nugenova is a workplace application provided to employees by their employer (the "Organization"). You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time using any of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (recommended)
- Open the Nugenova app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account.
- Type your email to confirm, then tap Delete account.
On the web app, the same option is available under Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email accounts@nugeninfo.com from your work email address with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and process the request. You may also ask your Organization administrator to initiate it.
What is deleted
Once the request is confirmed, we permanently delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Account & identity (name, work email, password hash, role)
- Profile information and profile photo
- Device push tokens and authentication tokens
- Messages and attachments you sent, where we are able to remove them
- Location points attached to your attendance check-ins/outs
What may be retained
Some records are kept where the Organization or applicable law requires it — for example, payroll, tax, and statutory employment records. Where data must be retained, it is limited to what the law requires and is deleted once no longer needed. Because your employer is the data controller for employment records, certain HR data may be retained under the Organization's own policies.
How long it takes
Deletion is processed and completed within 30 days of a confirmed request. While a request is pending you can cancel it from Settings → Account in the app (or Settings → Privacy on the web). After the window ends, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
